shared_ptrのシリアライズ

基本的にここに書いてあることなんだが、解決策が書いてない。

portで入れたboostのバージョンが

$ port installed boost
The following ports are currently installed:
  boost @1.41.0_1 (active)

のときはコンパイルで怒られる。1.40.0_0のときは大丈夫。
